Prices, quotes and payment

What the four disciplines cost, how a quote is put together and when you pay.

What does a website cost?

Web design and development starts at 999 euro, one-off, and no VAT is added. That is a starting price for a fully finished project. What your own project costs is in the proposal after one conversation, and does not change after that.

More on Pricing

What does an AI workshop cost?

The AI workshop runs for half a day and starts from 749 euro. The workshop establishes what is worth automating. That figure covers the workshop itself: no price is published on this site for a full day of training or for the build, which follow from the scope and are set out in the proposal. Ask about it in the conversation.

More on Pricing

What does AI implementation cost?

There is no starting price on this site for the implementation. The half-day workshop starts from 749 euro, and what gets built afterwards follows from the scope established in that workshop. The figure is in the proposal, before we start.

More on Pricing

What does process optimisation cost?

Process optimisation has no starting price on this site: the price follows from the scope, and is fixed before we start. I will not invent a figure for it here. After a thirty-minute conversation you know where you stand.

More on Pricing

What does care cost?

Care and maintenance starts at 59 euro a month: hosting, backups and updates. Monthly, and you can cancel any month. Without a plan works too: we then bill per job.

More on Pricing

What does social media management cost?

We write and schedule the posts for your channels; you see every post first and give the go-ahead. It runs monthly and you can cancel any month. No monthly price is published on this site: what it costs for your channels is in the proposal after one conversation.

More on Services

Is VAT added?

No VAT on our prices, under the Belgian small-business exemption (Art. 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code). Should we ever become liable for VAT, all prices are automatically deemed exclusive of VAT.

More on Pricing

Is it cheaper to combine?

Take several disciplines together and the total comes out below the separate starting prices combined. What that means in your case, we work out in the proposal, not on the website.

More on Pricing

What does it cost?

Four amounts are published on this site: from €999 for a website, €349 for a brand identity, €749 for a half-day AI workshop and €59 a month for care and maintenance. Process optimisation is priced on the brief, because the size of it only becomes clear after the first conversation. What your own project costs is fixed in the proposal and does not change after that.

More on Pricing

Can the price change?

That figure stands. The blueprint number is the invoice number. If the job changes along the way, we agree a new price first.

More on Pricing

What is in the starting price?

The amounts are starting prices for a fully finished project. A website needs a logo; if you do not have one yet, we design one, as its own line in the proposal. What exactly is in your project is set out in the proposal.

More on Pricing

What about extra work?

Work outside the agreed brief is agreed separately and in advance, with its own price. Under the Terms and Conditions that only happens after written agreement.

More on Pricing

What does the estimator do?

The estimator gives a rounded estimate. It is indicative, not an offer: the exact price is in the proposal, after one conversation. You can send us the selection in one click.

More on Pricing

What is your hourly rate?

No hourly rate is published on this site. We work by default with a fixed price agreed before the start. What your project costs is in the proposal after one conversation; ask via [email protected].

More on the terms

How do i request a quote?

In three steps: a conversation in which we look at how you work, then a proposal of two pages at most with one figure at the bottom, then the work. Book the conversation on the contact page or email [email protected].

More on Contact

What does a webshop cost?

Websites and online shops fall under web design and development, which starts from 999 euro. What your shop costs depends on the scope and is in the proposal after one conversation.

More on Services

How fast can my site be online?

No lead time is stated anywhere on this site, and I will not put one here. What is fixed: we agree a start date once your content is with us. The terms state explicitly that communicated deadlines and schedules are indicative. A realistic estimate for your project comes out of the conversation.

More on the terms

When can we start?

We fix a start date once we have your copy and imagery. We agree that together; no date is published on the website.

More on Pricing

How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are valid for thirty calendar days and are based on the information you provide. The agreement is formed on written acceptance of the quote, or at the moment we start at your request.

More on the terms

How long can i test after delivery?

We notify delivery in writing. You have fourteen calendar days to test and to report defects in writing, in a detailed and reproducible manner. Without a reasoned report within that period, or upon operational use, the deliverables are deemed definitively accepted.

More on the terms

Do you do SEO?

We build the structure so the site is findable in Google and readable by a screen reader, and we measure the result. We cannot guarantee Google positions or mentions by AI assistants. The terms explicitly exclude any warranty on rankings.

More on Services

Do i need a logo already?

A website needs a logo. If you do not have one yet, we design one, as its own line in the proposal. Brand and strategy starts at 349 euro, and taking several disciplines together brings the total down.

More on Pricing

Can i edit the site myself?

We do the design and the code ourselves. Afterwards the site is yours to run, and the training for that is included at launch. For Pierstone we built an admin area where the firm publishes pages, profiles and news itself.

More on Pricing

How does payment work?

For fixed-price projects: a 20% deposit on order, 60% during performance, possibly spread over milestones, and 20% on delivery. The full schedule is set out in the Terms and Conditions.

More on the terms

How much deposit do i pay?

Unless otherwise agreed, we invoice a 20% deposit before commencement.

More on the terms

What is the payment term?

Invoices are payable within fourteen calendar days of the invoice date.

More on the terms

What if i pay late?

In case of non-payment by the due date the following become due automatically: late-payment interest under the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002, a fixed compensation of 10% of the unpaid amount with a minimum of 125 euro, and 40 euro in collection costs per unpaid invoice. All other invoices then become immediately due and we may, after notice, suspend ongoing services.

More on the terms

How do i dispute an invoice?

Invoices not disputed in writing, with reasons, within eight calendar days of the invoice date are deemed definitively accepted.

More on the terms

Will the subscription get more expensive?

Subscription fees may be indexed annually according to the formula new price equals base price times new index figure divided by base index figure, based on the Agoria index for the national average reference wage cost or, if unavailable, the consumer price index. Indexation applies to a maximum of 80% of the price.

Services and what we build

Process optimisation, web design, AI and brand: what each discipline covers.

What is process optimisation?

Before we build anything, we look at how you work today. Which steps happen twice, where information sits waiting, and what you redo by hand every week. You get your process mapped, duplicate work taken out, reporting that updates itself, and a plan with priorities.

More on Services

Is process optimisation for me?

Three things we see often: the same data lives in three systems and no two of them agree; a monthly report that somebody rebuilds by hand every month; requests that arrive by email and then sit there. Recognise one of these, and it is worth a first conversation.

More on Services

What do you build on the web?

Your site loads fast on a phone and makes clear to the visitor what the next step is. We do the design and the code ourselves, from the first sketch to the last line. Websites and online shops, web applications and portals, findable in Google and readable by a screen reader, plus maintenance and continued development.

More on Services

Do you build web applications?

Web applications and portals are part of the offer, alongside websites and online shops. We do the design and the code ourselves. What your application has to do is settled in the blueprint, and the price follows from that.

More on Services

What do you do with AI?

The same mail, the same data entry, the same report, week after week. That is usually the first thing we automate. The offer: AI assistants that know your own documents, process automation and workflows, document processing and reporting, and integrations with your existing systems. It starts with a half-day workshop, from 749 euro.

More on Services

Can you build a chatbot?

AI assistants that know your own documents are part of the AI and automation offer. What makes sense in your situation is established in the workshop; the build follows from what comes out of it.

More on Services

Can you automate reporting?

Document processing and reporting are part of the AI offer, and reporting that updates itself is one of the four outcomes of process optimisation. Which of the two fits you comes out of the conversation.

More on Services

Do you integrate with our systems?

Integrations with your existing systems are part of the offer, and your existing systems stay where they are: we build on top of them. Which integration you need and whether it is feasible is something we have to check. Bring your systems to the conversation and we will go through what is possible together.

More on Services

What do you do for brand?

First we settle what you say, and who needs to hear it. Then come the logo, the colours and the rules for using them. The offer: brand identity and logo design, positioning and strategic advice, brand guidelines and a design system. From 349 euro.

More on Services

What is included in care?

We host your site and keep it patched. Backups run in the background. Care and maintenance starts at 59 euro a month: hosting, backups and updates, monthly and cancellable any month.

More on Services

Do you do social media?

We write and schedule the posts for your channels, week after week in the same voice. Nothing goes out before you have seen it. It runs monthly and you can stop any month.

More on Services

What do you offer?

Four disciplines and one point of contact: process optimisation, web design and development, AI and automation, and brand and strategy. Two further services run monthly: Care and maintenance, and social media management.

More on Services

How we work, planning and delivery

The five steps of a project, what we need from you and what happens after launch.

How do you work?

Five steps: discovery, strategy and blueprint, design, build and AI implementation, and launch and growth. Every step hands you something real. Then you decide whether there is a next one.

More on Approach

What happens in the first call?

Half an hour, mostly us listening. You tell us where it gets stuck, we keep asking. Free, by video or on site. You get an honest read on whether we are the right fit, including when the answer is no.

More on Approach

What is a blueprint?

We turn the conversation into a plan of two pages at most, in plain language, with the fixed price at the bottom. You get a blueprint with the scope mapped and the price fixed.

More on Approach

Do i see the design first?

Nothing gets built before you have seen it. You see the full design before a line of code exists, on desktop and mobile, with one to three revision rounds. You get a clickable design you can show to whoever you like.

More on Approach

What happens during the build?

Your existing systems stay where they are. We build on top of them, and AI takes over the manual work. There is a staging environment, we build to Core Web Vitals and WCAG AA, and you get a link so you can follow the build yourself.

More on Approach

What happens after launch?

We launch and then train you to run it yourself. Training is included and thirty days of aftercare come with it; Care afterwards is optional. You get every login and a site that stays yours.

More on Approach

What do i have to do?

Three hours of your time, spread over the whole project. That is the whole ask: half an hour for discovery, imagery and copy you already have, one round of honest feedback per step, and access to the domain and existing accounts. If something is missing, we write and source alongside you.

More on Approach

Do i have to hand over passwords?

Only what we need to go live. The accounts stay yours throughout. The terms confirm it: you are and remain the owner of your data, website, hosting, domain names, accounts, API keys and databases.

More on Approach

What can i hold you to?

Four things. The price is fixed. You email Leandro or Usama, and whoever replies knows your project. It all stays yours. And we build to Core Web Vitals and WCAG AA: if it does not meet that, it does not ship.

More on Approach

How much feedback can i give?

One round of honest feedback per step. One clear opinion beats five from a committee. Tell us what you think.

More on Approach

How long is the aftercare?

Thirty days of aftercare are included, with the training. Care afterwards is optional and starts at 59 euro a month.

More on Approach

How fast do you reply?

No response time is published on this site, and I will not promise one. The terms state that response times and availability are indicative and best-effort, unless an SLA has been explicitly agreed. What is certain: you email Leandro or Usama, and whoever replies knows your project.

More on the terms

Are deadlines binding?

Communicated deadlines and schedules are indicative. Delay does not give rise to any right to damages, price reduction or termination, unless it is solely due to intentional fault on our part.

More on the terms

Is the site accessible?

We build to Core Web Vitals and WCAG AA. If it does not meet that, it does not ship. Findable in Google and readable by a screen reader is part of the web design and development offer.

More on Approach

How fast does the site load?

Your site loads fast on a phone and makes clear to the visitor what the next step is. We build to Core Web Vitals and WCAG AA, and if it does not meet that, it does not ship.

More on Approach

Can i cancel the care plan?

Monthly, and you can cancel any month. Subscriptions run per calendar month, are invoiced monthly in advance and renew automatically. Either party may terminate in writing effective from the first day of the following calendar month; the fee for the current month remains due.

More on the terms

Do i have to take a maintenance contract?

Not mandatory. Maintenance and support are only provided under a separate package or subscription; without a subscription we are not obliged to provide maintenance, updates, monitoring or support after acceptance. Without a plan you can email us when something comes up; we then look at it per job.

More on the terms

Do you have an SLA?

No SLA figures are published on this site. The terms only state that response times and availability are indicative and best-effort, unless an SLA has been explicitly agreed. If you want one, raise it in the conversation.

More on the terms

Who is responsible after delivery?

From delivery onward you are responsible for backups, security, updates and continuity, unless a subscription explicitly provides otherwise. With Care we take that over: we host your site and keep it patched, and backups run in the background.

More on the terms

Where is my site hosted?

No hosting provider is named on this site for your project. What is stated: hosting is part of the Care subscription, and you remain the owner of your hosting, domain names and accounts. What we use for this website itself is set out in the privacy statement. Ask about it in the conversation.

More on the terms

Who owns the site?

After payment in full the result is yours: you get every login and access, and we transfer all transferable economic intellectual property rights in the parts developed specifically for you, worldwide and for the full duration of protection. Underlying generic components remain our property, with a perpetual licence for you. The compensation is included as a lump sum in the price.

More on Approach

Can i leave later?

Want to move to another supplier later? We hand over the files and the access, and we help you migrate.

More on Approach

Ownership, source code and rights

Who owns the site, what you take with you and what happens to your material.

Will my name appear on your site?

We will only mention the client name, logo or project as a reference after prior written consent.

More on the terms

Do i get the source code?

The definitive transfer of the deliverables, including source code, final files and the rights under Article 9, takes place after payment in full. Until then, any use remains provisional and revocable.

More on the terms

What stays yours?

Background materials remain our property, but you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide licence to them as part of normal use. We remain free to deploy our general knowledge, methodologies and generic components for other clients, as long as no confidential information of yours is used.

More on the terms

Do you use open source?

We use open source components under permissive licences: MIT, Apache 2.0 and BSD. Copyleft licences such as GPL and AGPL are only used after prior notice. On request we provide an overview of the components used and their licences.

More on the terms

Privacy, cookies and AI

Which data we process, what we do not do, and how we handle AI.

Who is the data controller?

Prestige Consulting Group, Molenstraat 83, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. VAT BE1040.338.262. Contact: [email protected], +32 483 474 209. For the data you leave on this website yourself, we act as controller.

More on the terms

What data do you collect?

We only ask for what we need in order to reply. This website has no accounts, no login and no newsletter. On the contact form, name, email address and your message are required; company name, telephone number and the subject are optional. With a price request we send the same data plus your selection and the indicative figure the website showed.

More on the terms

Do you track me?

We use no advertising pixels and no profiling for advertising, and we do not sell your data. We measure visit statistics only with your consent, as described in the cookie policy.

More on the terms

Who reads my message?

Only Leandro and Usama read what you send us. Beyond that we use two processors and no others: Microsoft, for sending and storing the email in which your message arrives, and Cloudflare, which serves this website and provides the spam check through Turnstile. Processing outside the European Economic Area happens on the basis of the standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

More on the terms

How long do you keep my data?

Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is kept for as long as a follow-up is reasonably possible and deleted thereafter. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, we keep the data for as long as the engagement runs and afterwards for as long as we are legally required to, in particular the seven-year accounting retention period.

More on the terms

What rights do i have?

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. A single email to [email protected] is enough. We reply within the statutory period of one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.

More on the terms

Do you use cookies?

Only with your consent: if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics measures the visit. If you refuse, nothing from Google is loaded and nothing is measured.

More on the terms

What do you store in my browser?

Four technical keys in your own browser's storage. They contain no personal data and are never sent to us: pcg-introDone remembers you saw the animation, pcg-dock-closed remembers you dismissed the bar, pcg-scope carries your question or selection to the contact form, and pcg-consent remembers your cookie-banner choice. Because this is strictly necessary functional storage, no consent is required for it.

More on the terms

Do you load anything from third parties?

On the two pages with a form, the contact page and the pricing page, we load Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether a submission comes from a person. That is for security, not for advertising. Google Analytics loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no request goes to Google Fonts. The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link.

More on the terms

How reliable is AI output?

AI systems are probabilistic. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or biased, including hallucinations, even where correctly developed. We do not warrant its accuracy. You verify all AI output before use or publication, and AI output does not replace professional medical, legal, accounting or financial advice.

More on the terms

Must a chatbot you build disclose that it is AI?

Where deliverables interact directly with natural persons, such as chatbots, they are designed so that those persons know they are interacting with an AI system, in accordance with Article 50 of the AI Act. The client will not remove or disable those transparency measures.

More on the terms

Who is the provider under the AI Act?

We act solely as a service provider that develops, integrates or optimises on your instructions and under your direction. If you use an AI system under your own responsibility, you qualify as the deployer and carry the obligations that come with it, including human oversight, monitoring and transparency. We do not develop high-risk AI systems unless you confirm in advance, in writing, that you assume the role and all obligations of the provider and fully indemnify us.

More on the terms

Do you train models on my data?

Training or fine-tuning takes place solely on a project-bound basis, using your data and for your benefit. We do not use your data to train our own models or for other clients, except with prior explicit written consent.

More on the terms

Do you have a data processing agreement?

Where we process personal data on your instructions, you act as controller and we act as processor. In that case we enter into our Data Processing Agreement, which forms an integral part of the agreement.

More on the terms

Terms and liability

The agreements that apply as soon as you accept a quote.

What language are the terms in?

These terms exist in Dutch and English. In case of conflict, the Dutch version prevails.

More on the terms

Can i cancel the project?

In case of full or partial cancellation before delivery, the following remain due: the deposit, the fee for all work already performed and costs incurred based on progress to date, and the costs of commitments already entered into with third parties that cannot be cancelled free of charge.

More on the terms

What if you do not deliver?

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to remedy a material breach within fourteen calendar days after written notice of default.

More on the terms

What if a third party service fails?

The functioning may depend on third-party services. The contractual relationship for those exists directly between you and that third party; we are not a party to it and give no warranty. Adjustments made necessary by changes at such a third party constitute additional work.

More on the terms

Do you work with private individuals?

We contract exclusively with businesses. The client confirms that it acts within its professional activity. Mandatory consumer law does not apply.

More on the terms

Which law applies?

The agreement is governed exclusively by Belgian law; the Vienna Convention is excluded. The parties first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably and consult for thirty calendar days. What is not resolved amicably falls under the Companies Court of Antwerp, Hasselt division.

More on the terms

What about liability?

Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the assignment in which the damage occurs. For subscriptions it is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event, with an absolute maximum of 25.000 euro in all cases. Indirect and consequential damage is excluded. These limitations do not apply in cases of fraud or intentional fault.

More on the terms

Do you guarantee more revenue?

No. In particular we do not warrant the achievement of revenue, profit, savings, conversions, rankings or other commercial results. All our obligations are best-efforts obligations; we do not enter into an obligation of result. We build the structure and measure the result.

More on the terms

Is what i tell you confidential?

Each party treats the other's confidential information as strictly confidential, uses it only for the performance of the agreement, and shares it only with those who need to know and who are bound by at least equivalent obligations. That applies during the agreement and for five years thereafter; for trade secrets, for as long as the information remains a trade secret.

More on the terms

What about force majeure?

Neither party is liable for a failure caused by force majeure, including cyberattacks, outages of electricity, internet or hosting, discontinuation of third-party services or AI models, government measures, and incapacity to work due to illness or accident. Performance is suspended; if it lasts longer than sixty consecutive calendar days, either party may terminate in writing.

About Prestige Consulting Group

Who we are, how we work and for whom.

Do you use a template?

Never an off-the-shelf theme: we build the design and the front end ourselves, from the first sketch to the last line. We pick the system underneath per project; WordPress is one option among others, not the default.

More on the home page

Who builds my project?

At PCG you work directly with Leandro and Usama, on every project: whoever has the conversation is the one who builds it. If we engage a subcontractor for a component, we stay the point of contact and remain responsible for performance.

More on the home page

What projects have you done?

Pierstone, a law firm in Brussels, and Prestige Auto Group, our own project. Pierstone is live, Prestige Auto Group is ready to launch. Both are trilingual in NL, FR and EN.

More on Work

What did you do for Pierstone?

Pierstone is a Brussels law firm. Sector legal, engagement website and admin area, three languages NL, FR and EN. We built a trilingual website with expertise, industries, team, news and vacancies, a contact form that opens with the reason for contact and the practice area, an admin area the firm publishes from itself, and a deploy pipeline where one action puts the approved version online.

More on Pierstone

What problem did Pierstone have?

The firm wanted a calm, professional site it can manage itself: copy, news, team profiles and the SEO fields. Findability weighed just as heavily, in Google as well as in AI answers.

More on Pierstone

What is Prestige Auto Group group?

Prestige Auto Group is Usama's premium car dealership; he is a co-founder of PCG. It is our own project, not a client engagement. Engagement website, brand and stock module, trilingual NL, FR and EN: filters for make, model and transmission with a detail page per car, an archive of sold cars, Google reviews, warranty and AutoScout24 status on the page itself, and a contact page with form, map, WhatsApp and opening hours.

More on Prestige Auto Group

Is Prestige Auto Group online yet?

Not launched yet. The new site is ready to launch at prestigeauto.be; we do not announce a date in advance. Of the two projects on this site, one is live, pierstone.be, and one is ready to launch.

More on Prestige Auto Group

Do you have experience in my sector?

Your sector not here? Tell us your situation and we will go through what is possible in one call. Two projects are shown on the site: a law firm and a car dealership.

More on Work

What languages do you work in?

Dutch, English, French and German. Each language version is written separately, not run through a translation.

More on the home page

Can you build a multilingual site?

Yes. Both projects on this site are trilingual in NL, FR and EN, and multilingual is one of the options in the estimator on the pricing page.

More on Pierstone

Who are you?

Two people, no layers in between. Prestige Consulting Group is a small Belgian company. We start by looking at how you work today, then build what makes that work faster. You get both of us, on every project.

More on About us

Who is Leandro?

Leandro Pelizzon spent three years as a finance consultant. At PCG he builds the backend, the automations and the AI implementations, and handles technical SEO.

More on About us

Who is Usama?

Usama Rana spent three years as a key account manager. At PCG he takes on design, front end, marketing and client contact. Prestige Auto Group is his own car business.

More on About us

What do you stand for?

We start from your business and what is going wrong in it today; the design follows from that. What we hand over is ready for your best customer. You hear it from us when an idea will not work, better now than at handover. And big-company technology, at a price an SME can carry.

More on About us

Why should i choose you?

Three things. We start by listening: questions first, proposals after, and whoever has the conversation is the one who builds it. Fixed prices: the price is fixed before we start, no unexpected costs afterwards. And a select number of clients: we take on only a few projects at a time, so every project stays personal.

More on the home page

Do you work with sole traders?

From sole traders to larger organisations. Our question stays the same: where does it get stuck? Big-company technology, at a price an SME can carry.

More on the home page

Do you have capacity right now?

Whether there is room right now is not stated on this site and I will not guess at it. What is stated: we take on only a few clients at a time, so every project stays personal. Ask directly through the contact page or on +32 483 474 209.

More on the home page

Do you work outside belgium?

This site says nothing about that. What it does say: Prestige Consulting Group is a small Belgian company, the two projects shown are Belgian, and the discovery conversation can be by video or on site. Put your situation to us at [email protected].
